At the beginning of the IB programme, we have been introduced to CAS which means Creativity, Action and Service. In order to pass the IB programme, we need to do after school special activities. For Action, I will try my best to participate in every school sports events that I can do and out of school as well. I also jog 3 times a week and play football with the Malaysian medical students here 2 times a month. For Service, I will go to any charity events or go to any orphanage with the Malaysian Embassy families. I will also try my best to achieve all of the CAS learning outcomes which are :
- increase my awareness of my own strengths and areas of growth
- undertake new challenges
- plan and initiate activities
- work collaboratively with others
- show perseverance and commitment in my activities
- engage with issues of global importance
- consider the ethical implications of my actions
- develop new skills
